Shipping Information

Domestic shipping within Japan
For clothing:
① Flat rate of 1,000 yen nationwide

For accessories:
① Flat rate of 200 yen nationwide
② Shipping with a gift box: 300 yen
can be selected.

International shipping is handled via Japan Post EMS.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the country/region.

Delivery

After confirming your order, items will be shipped within 2–4 days for credit card payments.
※If shipping operations are suspended due to weekends, holidays, or extended closures such as the New Year period, we will post notifications on our website accordingly.
※Please note that it may take longer due to production circumstances.

Returns

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for ordered products. Only defective products are eligible for return or exchange.

Requests must be made within 7 days of the product's arrival (including the day of arrival) using the dedicated form on our website's inquiry page.
Please note that we cannot accept any requests for returns or exchanges after the above period has expired.

Additionally, please be aware that returns are not accepted in the following cases:
・Products that have been used or worn even once
・Products that have been soiled or damaged due to customer handling
・Products that have been washed or dry-cleaned
・If we are not notified of the return within 7 days of the product's arrival
・If the return is not confirmed within 7 days of your return request
・Products missing accessories such as the purchase statement, tags, warranty, or instruction manuals

Return Shipping Costs
In the case of defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please send the item back to us via "payment on delivery" (chaku-barai).

Defective Products
Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please understand that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.
